Work with me.
Right now I'm building The Vela Report by working with real businesses instead of writing about hypothetical ones. Both of these are free, and both of them end with something published.
Pick the one that matches how much you want to be involved. If you're not sure, take the interview. It's an hour, and it costs you nothing but time.
Be interviewed

One conversation about how your business actually runs, what you've tried with AI, and what happened. I write it up. You read it before anyone else does.
- What it takes
- One call, about an hour. Plus fifteen minutes later to check I got the facts right.
- What you get
- A published feature, an outside read on your situation during the call, and something your market can find when they search you.
- Good fit if
- You've tried something with AI, whether it worked or not. The ones that didn't work make better reading.
Be an experiment

I run the real work with you. The full readiness diagnostic, and if it points somewhere worth building, we build it. No fee. In exchange I publish the whole thing, numbers included.
- What it takes
- Several weeks. Real access to your data and your people, and one person inside who owns it.
- What you get
- The complete BRIDGE assessment across six pillars, a prioritized plan, and whatever we build together. Yours to keep.
- Good fit if
- You have a specific process that's slow or expensive, and you'd rather find out what it takes than guess.
Limited slots. I take very few of these at a time.
Apply to be an experimentBecause I'd rather show you than tell you.
I'm building a body of published work, and published work needs real companies with real numbers behind it. Case studies I invented would be worthless to both of us.
So this is a trade, not charity. You get work that would otherwise cost money. I get something honest to write about. It stops being free once I have enough of it, which is the whole point.
Nothing publishes without your approval. If you'd rather be anonymized, say so on the form and that's the end of the discussion.
Something else on your mind?
If neither of these fits and you just want to ask something, write to av@alejandravela.com. I answer everything.
